I felt supported and safe throughout the entire process.Right after we crossed back into Canada just before dark, it started heating up but we foolishly thought we could get back home to London Ontario. No such luck, when the engine died just outside Windsor, we were able to glide off the 401 to a field. This is 9 pm Saturday night of a long weekend. We lucked out and called First Response Towing. The phone was answered quickly for a long weekend. Gabriel was kind and very helpful. He was able to send a flatbed out to retrieve the car that night, store it in his facility overnight, then pick us 2 up in the morning so we could get ourselves and the car to London the next day. Everything he said was going to happen , did so. The car was safe and properly loaded and secured. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable, picked us up in the morning in Windsor and delivered us and the car to London easily the next day. It was a relief to have it all done professionally, and reasonably priced considering the current extremes in fuel prices, long weekend after 9, and taking us to London. Highly recommended, I would call him before anyone else.

First Response Towing was a Godsend for me recently. Working stateside with a brand new car - 2019 Infiniti Q50 - had a flat tire on the passenger front side. Didn't realize it but apparently all new cars don't come with a spare anymore. Some cars come with an inflation kit (sealant) Mine didn't have either. Turns out my brands' solution is run-flat tires which completely failed. Apparently those are supposed to be more durable and get you to point B on minimal flats. Well thankfully even through a logical disaster First Response Towing was able to come across the border and pick myself and my car up and get us safely back to the Canadian side Car was delivered the dealer. Pretty amazing overhead for what used to be a simple spare tire replacement. Would recommend First Response Towing for all your towing needs!!! Very professional and reliable.  I have had terrible luck in the past with tow trucks damaging wheels or bumpers scraping as drivers aren't cautious and don't care about anything you have to say. These guys were amazing to deal with! Had them tow my Ram today truck is on some very wide (22x14) wheels and expensive XF Forged ($6000). Driver was very professional and was super careful when strapping the truck up. He was also very polite and on time. Guy on the phone was super easy to deal with as well. Told him where the truck is and where it will be going. He gave me a price and it was very reasonable compared to others I had called who were rude and didn't wanna touch the truck because of the wheels. Would 100% recommend them and have also saved their contact info for the future! Thanks again guys!!

My car broke down and I called my extended warranty place to hire a tow, they called First Response Towing to do it. The tow guy showed up, took one look and said it’s likely I ran out of gas, and my fuel gauge saying I had 20km left was not accurate. He said he’d buy $10 of gas and try it before towing. Sure enough, it started up again. I felt so dumb! He said to not worry about paying for anything, even the gas he bought, and just told me to not let it get that low again, or else it could damage my car. He saved me hours of time and hundreds of dollars. If I ever need my car towed for real, this is the only person I would trust.

These guys were awesome. Never had to use a tow truck before. Had a tire go on my '66 Mustang. Called them and the gentleman on the phone was very polite and understanding. He had a tow truck on road as we were speaking. I had to get to a family function and they said that wasn't a problem. I didn't need to be there. They picked up the Mustang and brought it to my location. Very quick service. We'll use again when needed.
